Jon Bailey has written songs since age fourteen and spent a decade
performing across the southeastern United States. His inaugural album
*lowercase i* (2018) was recorded with producer Lucio Rubino at The Fish
Tank Recordings after years of live work and community projects
including Local Honey and Tales from the Ancient City. The album title
reflects humility and self-doubt — a lowercase *i* when the world wants
a capital one. Sessions nearly ended when a studio flood threatened the
masters; they finished anyway. He is not the Epic Voice Guy; this is the
musician. New album *Grief Eater*: Wild dogs in the dark. Twelve songs
recorded where the light doesn't reach.
